Purchased the gift card and it came via email within a few minutes, quick and easy to use. The only thing is I used it to purchase some items on Christmas, it has been over a week and I haven’t had any status update on my order. I assume it’s been busy due to the holidays, but usually companies send out messages to provide updates on order status after a week so the customer is aware if it’s been fulfilled. I received confirmation that order was received, but no other update on if it’s fulfilled, shipped, delayed, etc. and it’s been about 10 days since I placed the order. Hoping it didn’t get lost or misplaced.
