I absolutely LOVE my necklace!
My necklace arrived today, and I'm totally smitten! I had it engraved with the name of our family dog; sadly, she just crossed the Rainbow Bridge after 15 years. We took her everywhere--kayaking, hiking, traveling. The necklace is such a special keepsake. It has a delicate chain, and the disk is just the right size (not too big). I love the fact that I can wear the necklace at two different lengths. It's just perfect, in all respects! Customer service was wonderful as well. I requested a change to my order right after I submitted it; the representative who contacted me was very nice and extremely helpful. The packaging was excellent as well. Thank you SO much for such a lovely keepsake and a smooth customer experience.
