1. Sponsor

This Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Made by Mary, 753 Honda Park Dr, Bluffdale, UT 84065 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Employees of Made by Mary, Okendo, and their affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on November 3, 2025 at and ends on November 17, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MST(“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

  • Join or Participate in the Made by Mary Loyalty Program

5. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive a $1,000 Made by Mary gift card (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $1,000 each; total prize pool: $5,000).

  • Gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or combined with other offers or discounts.

  • No substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion if the prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about November 18, 2025, using a verifiable random selection method such as Google’s Random Number Generator or equivalent.

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  • Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.

  • If a winner fails to respond or meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Taxes

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

Made by Mary will issue an IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued over $600, and winners must submit a completed Form W-9 before receiving their store credit.

8. General Conditions

  1. Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  2. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of tampering or noncompliance.

  3. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  4. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries or communications.

  5. If technical or other issues affect the integrity of the giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion as deemed necessary.

  6. Sponsor may request proof of age, identity, or residency before awarding a prize.

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Made by Mary to announce their first name, last initial, and city/state in marketing materials or social media posts. Winners may be invited (but not required) to share their Made by Mary shopping experience.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway is subject to Made by Mary’s Privacy Policy available at https://madebymary.com/pages/privacy-policy.
