Golden Gal Rewards Program Policy

At Made by Mary, we believe the little moments deserve to be celebrated. The Golden Gal Rewards Program is our way of saying thank you for sharing your story with us. One meaningful piece at a time.

By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions that help keep the program fair, rewarding, and easy to enjoy.

1. Joining the Program

  • The Golden Gal Rewards Program is open to anyone with a Made by Mary account.

  • Membership is free. Simply create an account at madebymary.com to start earning points.

  • Guest checkout orders are not eligible for points until they are associated with an active account.

2. Earning Points

Members earn points through eligible purchases and activities:

  • Purchases:

    • Moment Tier: 5 points per $1 spent

    • Milestone Tier: 8 points per $1 spent

    • Heirloom Tier: 10 points per $1 spent

  • Bonus Activities: Celebrate your birthday, refer a friend, follow us on social media, subscribe to email, or leave a review to earn additional points.

  • Points are typically added to your account shortly after an order is placed.

  • Points are calculated based on the subtotal (product total before tax and shipping). Taxes, shipping, and other fees do not earn points. Only whole dollar amounts are eligible for point calculation.

  • Reviews must be published and approved before points are awarded. Submitted but unpublished reviews will not trigger points.

  • Review points are only awarded for orders placed after joining the Golden Gal Rewards Program. Older orders or reviews submitted outside of the review request email sequence may not qualify for points.

  • Email subscription points are awarded one time only and apply to new subscribers who have not previously joined our email list.

  • Points cannot be combined with other order-level discount codes, though they can be used alongside product discounts.

  • Accounts that remain inactive for 6 months will have their points expire.

3. Redeeming Points

  • You can start redeeming rewards once you reach 500 points.

  • Points can be redeemed for discounts at the rewards page (500 points = $5 off, 1000 points = $10 off, and so on).

  • Rewards can be applied toward purchases of $25 or more (before tax and shipping).

  • If an order is returned or canceled, the corresponding points and rewards will be automatically deducted from your account.

  • Rewards and points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or gifted.

4. Tiers & Benefits

The Golden Gal Rewards Program includes three lifetime tiers:

Tiers are lifetime as long as your account remains active. Points will expire after 6 months of inactivity.

5. Fraudulent Activity

To protect the integrity of the Golden Gal Rewards Program, Made by Mary reserves the right to investigate all program activity.

If fraudulent orders, exploitation of program loopholes, or misuse of promotions are discovered, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse, revoke, or adjust points and rewards

  • Suspend or terminate program membership

  • Decline redemptions or reward applications associated with suspicious activity

All determinations regarding suspected fraud or abuse are made at the sole discretion of Made by Mary and are final.

6. Returns & Adjustments

  • Returned or canceled orders will have their earned points deducted automatically.

  • For partial returns or exchanges, points are adjusted based on the dollar amount of the returned items.

8. Program Terms & Modifications

  • Points are for personal use only and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

  • Made by Mary reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the Golden Gal Rewards Program at any time.

  • By participating in the Golden Gal Rewards Program, you agree to these terms.
