How to Add Photos to Your Locket
- After opening the locket, use a pair of tweezers or a small pin to remove the clear plastic insert from one side of the locket. (The plastic is firm, so it should pop out easily.)
- Select your photo. If needed, you can utilize a digital photo program like iphoto or photoshop (even Microsoft Word works well) to resize a photo to fit into the locket. Please note, the size of the photo will be approximately 8 mm wide and 11 mm tall once it is trimmed, so the photo you select needs to be sized accordingly!
- Use photo paper, not regular copy paper, to print your selected picture.
- Place the insert over the photograph of your choice to trace an outline.
- Carefully cut out the photo and place it inside the locket, then replace the plastic insert on top of the photo.
- Use the tweezers or pin to make sure the 4 small tabs on the plastic insert are securely inside the locket. This is an important step to ensure your photo stays in place!
- Repeat these steps to add a photo to the other side of your locket.

I originally bought a walk for myself in 2023. I really love this piece and think it is so special. It is just so timeless and versatile piece. I hope made by Mary never stops making them. I first bought one for myself and have baby photos of me and my husband in them. And then I bought one for my mother that has her wedding photos in it. Just so special and close to my heart.
The quality is great however I have noticed just the clasp has acquired a little bit of tarnishing. With that in mind-I do wear it ALOT! I would purchase this piece over and over. I love jewelry that has meaning and this will forever be my favorite

The mini oval locket was my Mother's Day gift ❤️ I've been wanting a dainty locket for so long, I'm SO pleased with the weight, quality, and look of this one. I will say that finessing my photos into the tiny locker was not the easiest thing in the world, but the video helped! I definitely recommend using a pin instead of tweezers. I also used lash/brow scissors to cut my photo out and that made it easier. I used a photo service on Etsy and it saved me so much pain! It was well worth the few dollars to have someone else size my photos!

I have been eyeing this locket for about a year now, and I received it as a gift. I absolutely love it! It is beautiful, and I have gotten plenty of compliments already. My first impression was that it was smaller and lighter than I thought it'd be. It seems so fragile, but it holds up.
I also had a bit of a problem getting pictures inside of it. They give great detailed instructions on how to do it, but it would've been helpful to have additional clear protectors to go over the pictures as they can easily get misplaced or bent. I also used the "picture" that came in the locket as a tool to outline the back of the pictures to cut out. They give you a template to print your pictures, but the template is still too big for the mini locket. I got my pictures printed out at Walgreens, and they came out blurry, so I'm still figuring out where to get clear pictures printed out!
Overall, I love the locket! The picture configuring process was not my favorite, but worth it!

This piece is my most cherished possession right now because my grandpa passed away a few weeks ago and I carry his photo in here. I ordered this necklace almost immediately after he passed away because I knew I wanted his photo and my grandmother's so that they would always be together and always be with me.
