How To Wear Live In Studs
- Unscrew the ball from the back of the stud.
- Insert the stud into your piercing. (This may take a little extra care because the post is slightly thicker than the standard post.)
- Carefully line up the hole in the ball with the post and turn the ball clockwise to tighten, using your other hand to hold the stud in place. Twist the ball onto the post until it cannot turn any further. (To loosen, turn the ball counterclockwise.)
- Sleep, swim, sweat, and see the world with comfortable 24/7 wear.

I was so excited to get these. Well, they are very tiny. The screw on ball backs, are a nightmare to get on. I am older, and maybe my fingers/hands aren’t what they used to be…but it took me almost 30 mins, and several drops of the balls, hunting to find the dropped balls, some colorful language, and finally getting them on. I’m afraid to take them off, cause I’ll probably never try to get them on again. I also ordered another pair with the same ball back, I’m not even going to try. Maybe when one of my girls is home visiting, then can get them on better then me. Just warning, I wish I had known before purchasing.
